While we strive to provide accurate workout tracking, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Reppie is not liable for any decisions made based on tracked data.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Important: Reppie is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from your use of the service or following any workout routines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Reppie, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Reppie and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

Reppie may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Subscription and Payments

9.1 Free Service

Reppie currently offers its core features free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future.

9.2 Future Pricing

If we introduce paid features, we will provide advance notice. Continued use of paid features after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Reppie at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature.
