Log in to your Reppie account and navigate to the workout section. Select your workout type, choose exercises, and log your sets, reps, and RIR (Reps in Reserve) for each exercise.
RIR (Reps in Reserve) indicates how many more reps you could have done. It's a way to track workout intensity. For example, RIR 2 means you could have done 2 more reps.
Check your inbox for a verification email from Reppie. Click the "Verify Your Email Address" button. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or request a new verification email from your profile settings.
Yes! Your account syncs across all devices. Just log in with the same credentials on any device.
